Why don't "the bigger" schools pull out of the SOC and form their own league??? Why would Wheelersburg, Minford, West, Valley or Northwest have to allow their future in a league depend on East, Clay, New Boston, etc???? Just doesn't make since . The schools don't play each other for league...

Don't know the reason but it's a shame. This is about the 5th coach to "resign" from high school coaching in the past week or so. What's up?

I don't know who makes the final vote on who's in and who's not. I do think that the powers that be can come up with a solution though and admit Portsmouth. Since the divisions are not the same now (some schools play in SOC I and in SOCII) I think they should base the leagues on a competitive note. ...

IF Portsmouth and South Gallia are admitted that gives us 18 conference teams. Incognito asked, "What about Northwest?". I think that's the wild card when football is considered. They never have had solid football, so do you base your divisions by enrollment only??? And what about the girl...
