I think adding Circleville and Logan Elm wouldn't be going over the edge for outliers in the league (geographically) like Hillsboro and Jackson. One more thing to consider about roster size. Hillsboro I would guess dresses everyone on the team Jackson may have similar number of kids on the sidelines but I doubt they dress freshman on Friday unless they are varsity guys

Hillsboro was in the SBAAC several years ago. Wasn't a good fit for them. Crowds were down as well.
