It's completely free on iTunes. Just open the iTunes store and run a search for "Gridiron Glory". It'll be under the "Podcasts" tab. Click the button to subscribe to it and they'll start downloading into your iTunes. They usually take 2-3 days after airing to make it to the podcast

Thanks for your concern, but I'm well aware of this "real world" you speak of and what it can present me. We're jumping to defend the show because you're flat-out wrong with your complaints. If you don't like the show, then don't watch. The people who know Gridiron know their audience well...
