I always liked two feet, on break away lay-ups one foot, two feet for dunks.

OVCS plays a lot of big schools for there size, this season the have Welston, Wahama, Hannan, Nelsonville York, St. Joe, and South Gallia. And all but NY & SG are a home and home series. So 10 of the 20 game they play are against much large public schools. I know the coach he is a graduate of OV...

Ohio Valley has had some down seasons lately. They have lost alot of kids, I think they only have 25 or so boys in grades 9 - 12. This season they are 1-4, only have one senior and two juniors, who don't have much experience. A couple guys are around 6'3". Only 7 on the team, but they play hard.
