Portsmouth has some nice runners and throwers that have decided to come out this year. Many of them have been hitting the weight romm and have improved tremendously since last season.
James Lawson- could be a top five 800 guy in the SEOAL ran a 2:10 last year and has got better.
Malik White- who was 2nd in the 300 hurdles last year is back. He will also be a great contributor to many of the relays.
Zach Link- this kid could suprise some in the 400 he finshed 5th last year at the league meet and ran a 52.5 at districts last year.
Ryan Jordan- he could be our teams biggest suprise this year. He could do pretty well at the 110 hurdles if he keeps up his hard work.
Nate Cadogan- our best thrower in shot and disc. Should do pretty well this year
Jonathan Royster- this freshmen is like lightining in a bottle. He will be pretty good in the 100 and prolly do long jump.
Other members of the team: Angelo Jackson, David Mallory, Andrew Chabot, John Chabot, Justin Smith, Justin Welch, Colt Brown, Taylor Brown, Mike Brown, David Porter, Clay Lewis
