With this list .....this year might turn out to be the closet League meet ever.

With a DQ or injury from the top team the bottom team could pass that top team

Gallipolis and Logan will have the most freshmen coming in.

Warren looks to have lost the most

Jackson looks to have a strong soph class with not too many senior at all in the league.

Probably will come down to what team can put the most boys out on the mat come league time.

There will not be an actual league tournament this year. The league champion will be determined through dual's during the season.

This is good in away....teams will need to put their best out there when going up against the league in the duels. Often they will shift their their wrestlers during these watches.

I think each wrestler will need to stay at whatever weight they wrestle the first dual at in order to win an individual league title. They could potentially be undefeated in the league at multiple weights but still not have the best record at any one weight class otherwise Correct me if I'm wrong on this but they are eligible to change weight classes I just don't think it would make much sense unless they knew they couldn't win an individual title

doing away with the league tournament is absurd. so whoever has the most kids win's at least in the league tournament you could score bonus points. you could win the league without even having a league champ. sorry to se S.E.O.A.L. going to this who cares about duals? yea they make nice fill ins for the season but your real competition is at the tournaments. another way to discourage kids in southern Ohio not to wrestle congratulations to the Brain Trust that came up with this

Mighty..... I agree tournys r where it's at. Last years league had make weight and your a champ in some weight classes So this year with the dual set up it allows all teams am extra point to be able to pick up an extra tourny.

I think over the last two year Logan has won about all the league duals but lost the league meet to Warren and Gallipolis.

i don't know why the league has not invited fairland and chesapeake into the league for wrestling only.. be no different then the teams added for soccer and and tennis. would give 6 teams and a good tourney for the boys.

Well go ahead an give the league title to Logan they will field if not a full team very close to it .guess we sacrifice tradition for more matches wish my son had had these chances he would have won 200 lol

The league did extend an invitation to Fairland to join as an associate member in Wrestling. It was declined. I think they invited Chesapeake also, not sure but I am certain about Fairland and another team.
