Waterford Junior High Tournament Cancelled

We have made the difficult decision to cancel the Jr High tournament for Dec 14, 2013, and possibly for the forseeable future because we have no Jr High wrestlers this year. Unless the situtation with participation improves, it might not be resumed. It is extremely disappointing for us to have to do so. We were just notified of the situation yesterday and wanted to act as quickly as possible to allow the few teams that did sign up to fill this date. We love running the tournament and really enjoyed the seeing the coaches each year. We want the sport to flourish and hope that this is only a temporary setback for our particular program. I look forward to watching great wrestling this year and hope to see many of our past particpants wrestling in Columbus in March! Believe me, this was not a decision taken lightly.
