Valley Football 2009

Post by TribeParent »

I have not seen anybody posting about Valley football for next season. What are the expectations for next season in Lucasville? Who are the key returning players? Which underclassmen are expected to make an impact?

skilled position player will be very good. If the running backs and lineman have been in the weight room all winter, they will be a team to recon with.

Just my opinion, I think this is the team that could be overlooked, and cause a lot of heartache for some of the BIG name schools. :122246

Valley has some athletes coming back, and up form the lower levels. I think they will compete in every ballgame.

I think their success this year will depend largely on how much time they spent in the weight room during the off season. JMO

3 points in 5 years? Is that some lame attempt at a Burg reference?

I think this years version of Indian football will be pretty good. I look for them to be competitive in the league and maybe even get back into the playoff hunt.

I look for Valley to make some waves in the SOC this year. They have a good core of young players and a good group of coaches.

i agree with all of you saying that the 2009 Indians are going to be on the top of SOC II. they have a great junior and senior class coming up, both having alot of experience and are ready to play.
i know ill be at the season opener!

As talented as they are, their overall success will depend on what they are doing right now. Chillin or hitting the weight room??

I feel the Indians will do just fine this season, I know they work hard and are determined. I feel they will make some noise in the SOC 2 this year. :)

I dont know that Valley is ready to win the SOC2, thats something I'll have to see in the first 5 weeks of the season, but I do think they will compete EVERY game and fair pretty well.

I know there are some 7-7 camps and etc rolling, curious how the Indians have looked in those?

This is the best talent they have had in a while. Should be no less than 8-2 and the playoffs. Anything else would be under performing.
