As a Trojan fan, I'm going to this game just to see Jackson lol. What position does the kid going to Stanford play?

Tight End on offense and linebacker on defense.

On offense he's a dominant blocker, lets them go to an unbalanced line and blocks as well as pretty much any tackle. Threat to catch and run also.

On defense he fills holes and makes tackles. Gets off blocks well.

Portsmouth couldn't compete against the Burg and Ironmen humiliated Burg with a Goose Egg!

Jackson by 5 touchdowns!

It appears at least after sitting in the pouring rain for the last two weeks that the weather will cooperate with the fans lol

This could be a trap game. Jackson just came off a big league win against Logan last week and have Ironton on deck next week. However I think Jackson is just too good to stumble. 50-6 Ironmen

I heard this one ended in another running clock situation for the Men of Troy. The Portsmouth faithful have to be wondering if it is too late to get a refund. I thought someone told me that their new coach was a defense guy?

He was a guy that the admin fell in love with because he had been an assistant college coach.

Often, a guy has that one line on a resume, and the deal is sealed.

Nice game for Jackson, every week there is someone else that does something to catch your eye, team is very deep.

Lot of players sick during week that didn't see some time, but people step in and step up and make plays, kids get hurt or banged up and kids step in and step up and make plays. It is nice to be able to say next man up and actually be able to do that and not miss a beat.

How about #8 Austin Cantor on the kick return for Jackson at the end of the game flipping the afterburners on and almost breaking one for six...geez kid has some wheels.

PHS football is not at a good place at the present time! No defense at all, offense is hurting, special teams are not so special and coaching is no where to be found, IMO. 1-8 and most likely a loss next weekend as well. People this is not bashing, just the cold hard facts! Not since Apel was coach has the Trojan been in this place.
Having said this, Go TROJANS!
