I'm a paint valley fan they are a very young talented team. This year may not be there year. But this team has the potential to be very good next year and especially the year after. Very intrested to see how this year turns out.

Really expected Piketon to take a big step forward this year. PV is better than expected. All the reports I got from the PV/Adena game last week were that PV was much better than most expected them to be.

I agree, pretty disappointing start to their season. Still have 4 games to get back on track to make a playoff run. Offensively they seem to be ok, have a number of guys Levi can throw too. Defensively they seem to be a bit of a mess. Which seems to typically be their biggest problem over recent years, they can score but the defense is no where to be found. I honestly thought they would make a run towards an SVC title this year. I expected the offense to carry this team, but they D has to be able to come up with a few stops a game in order to win. Has to be disheartening to watch as a fan.

Like I said, still time to turn the season around and plenty of motivation to do better. But if they end up going on the trend they are this year with the team they have, at what point does the admin begin getting pressure from the community to make changes. Not suggesting they should, because I think Gullion is a good coach. But they have had the same staff for at least the last 10+ years I believe.

Would agree with the last few post. In a relative down year within the league I sure thought Piketon would be much better. Adena is very good and PV has a great program in place but Piketon really has some athletes right now but something juat isn’t clicking and I do agree that Gullion is a really good coach
