I'm guessing this is a competitive decision and not covid caused.

Think it's covid. ND's week 6 game against Sciotoville was also canceled.

Notre dame is not in school this week due to covid. Bummer to miss 2 games. East would of been a win.

Notre Dame too proud to call a game off for competitive reasons (see Greenup County game last year). Definitely a Covid issue. Either way, disappointing end to their season*

What’s the deal? Notre Dame hasn’t reported any positive cases, yet.

Don’t know any specifics about cases or numbers, but heard (from someone that would know) they were closed a few days last week and this entire week, and maybe next week. If it is a Covid issue, do private schools have same Covid reporting requirements as public schools?*
