Hats off to Minford. Never gave up. After holding onto the lead late in the game, to have East Clinton score and convert a 2-pt conversion with justseconds left in the game was gut wrenching. But nice downfield blocking on the kickoff return gave the Falcons great field position at the Astro 20 uard line. After a coupe of plays Minford calls timeout with 10 seconds left. And Minford kicker just a Freshman nails a 27 yd FG. Accolades for that young man after having an extra point blocked earlier in the game. East Clinton qb is very talented and the Astros will win some games.

The report I have is that the kickoff was returned to the 30-yard line. That would make it a 47-yard FG from natural turf.
