This should be one of the better games of the night. SP and Fairland both come into the game with 1 league loss each. Both being beat by Ironton.

For SP they have 15 seniors. They have a nice 3 headed running attack. I think Wilburn is the best of the 3 but they use all 3 of them well. For SP they are going to line up and challenge Fairland to stop them running the rock. SP will be fired up to show they belong both teams sitting in the playoffs in D5 region 19

Fairland coming off the big win against Gallia last week. Fairland has to be feeling confident with the way the defense forced 5 turnovers last week. If you are South Points it is simple Brycen Hunt is one of the best playmakers in Southern Ohio do not try to beat him with passes he covers too much ground and makes plays. Avoid Hunt if you are feeling that you can beat Fairland with the pass Brycen will change the game because of the way he attacks the football and forces turnovers. Jackson has been playing solid football he is playing with a lot of confidence and anticipation throwing the football. Kitts ran the ball well last week averaging 4 plus a carry if Fairland can be balanced and attack teams with the run and the pass have to think they feel good about winning. Fairland Oline and DLine did a good job last week controlling the LOS against Gallia.

This game last year was chippy and ended up being a closer game than most anticipated. Will be interesting to see what team comes out and can control their emotions and win this ballgame.

SP is much improved but I don’t see them keeping up with Fairlands skills players.

SP played the dragons closer than expected last season.
Hopefully the Dragons aren’t overlooking them again.

Fairland can with this one by 21-35 points or they can play a 13 point game with them again.

It should be a good game. Not as good as the Fairland vs GA game last week. But will be fun to watch. I’ll take Fairland by 21

Would like to see a Pointer victory here, but I think the Dragons might be too much

The Pointers are playing a lot better and with a good bit of confidence this season. Unless the Dragons are still basking in their big win over the Blue Devils this past weekend, I would still have to go with the Dragons for the win. Hope that both teams have an injury free game.
