Just wondering what everyones predictions are

I’ll just go ahead and say it, Waterford will win the Hocking again. The coaching is just that much better and the Waterford players just play harder than the other teams. I also think they will beat the best team in the Ohio again if the officiating is fair. But I’ve heard it’s hard to win there.

Yes, they will miss senior RB/LB Colten Jones, but pretty much everyone else is returning. If they put in the work they should be a pretty solid football team come fall. QB Hayden Jones was probably the best player in both Ohio and Hocking divisions last year as a sophomore

Yeah but our coach said he’s ready for that one formation and one play you ran in the second half last year. He’s been studying up and meeting with some smart coaches and he promises that you won’t be able to run the same play out of the same formation over and over and over and over again and beat us. He also said he’s gonna run more than those same two running plays and one pass play that he’s ran the last three years. Plus our boys are bench pressing Volkswagens. So look out, the Eagles are loose and looking for a someone to bareass.

They lose more than just Jones.

They lost best Wr Max Roberts , Center Cyrus Ware , TE Zavier Heiss , Lb Logan Jackson just to name a few. These are some of the best players on the team.

DL Dylan McCutcheon is a beast to and he will be a Jr as well.

Will football be affected at Trimble with their economic situation? I would be shocked if so but who knows. Heard they cut out bussing.

Looking at the TVC Ohio schedules, generally pretty good. Nelsonville-York has the best non-league schedule. Surprised Athens is playing Paint Valley, must have been limited options for both teams. I like Wellston is playing Oak Hill,Piketon and Trimble but disappointed about not playing Minford. VC has a tough 1-2 punch to start the season. Logan Elm is not a good match up for Alexander

Trimble and Waterford have enough in the non conference to balance that out. Eastern didn’t do themselves any favors with their non conference though.
