I vote, Gallia, Logan, Burg, West Jefferson and Athens....now that would be a heck of a a points schedule with the 5 above lol.
I think I heard that the West Jeff series will not be continued after this season. Not sure though.

I would definitely be in favor of having Wheelersburg and Logan on the schedule EVERY year. If there's room for someone like Athens or GAHS, then that would be fine too. Doesn't sound like the new league is gonna stay at 6 teams for very long, so we may only have 2 or 3 non-conference openings once all is said and done.

Jackson going to a new league would it be time to change the Wellston game? Athens would be a great replacement at this time.

Week 1 game will always be Wellston. Too much money to be made by both schools for it not to be

Jamboree Game could be an option for Jackson-Wellston since it is played as an actual game. That way, Jackson can play Athens, Logan, Burg, and anyone else non-conference if the schedule allows it. Probably won't happen though.

No it won't because Wellston and Oak Hill will begin a Jamboree Game series in 2016

Didn't know that, but that'll be good for both schools.

50-60 kids regularly in the weight room
Next years 9th -10th alone look to have over 50 kids

Jackson loses a 2 time all Ohio Qb

One of the best string safeties to ever play at Jackson

An all district tackle

Many good role players

But return a ton of football players

With a brutal schedule
I will say 7-3 to 10-0

Obviously doubleplay643 could coach up these guys and go 10-0. A little disrespect there to the Ironmen coaching staff and their competition.

Lol, nope don't know a dang thing about coaching football.

Just like our chances. Optimistic with 10-0? Maybe I am but thats the goal, compete in every game. Good group of kids and coaches across all grades.

I surely hope that's not true. Great player on both sides of the ball.

One of the best LBs I have watched at Jackson, and that's saying something.
