Just stating an opinion. Looks slow to me. But like I said the new turf makes for a fast track and should help. I wish Jackson the best and hope they go 9-1.

Looks sharp and stands out with detail. Solid red end zone's/with white lettering, some red along the sidelines/with thick white bordering, 2 different shades of green every 5 yards. Cool looking. Your School board had some good eye's picking out the design.

Hey Ironmen nation, anyone interested in switching up Week 1 this year?

Athens plays Warren in Week 1 and Jackson plays Wellston in Week 1.

How about Jackson playing Athens in a big Week 1 Saturday night game and Wellston will play Warren in Week 1.

Makes sense for everyone and that way we all can realize that life really does go on after missing out on a big gate, and there are more important things to a program rather than raking in a few thousand dollars. Doesn't affect the remaining years on the Wellston-Jackson contract after 2016.

I'm super impressed by the number of incoming freshmen players who are lifting regularly. 25 plus in the weight room 4 days a week .
This will pay off down the road .

Jackson will be scrimmaging Ashland Blazer this year . Should really help them prepare for the likes of Wellston , chilly , west Jeff in the first part of the season .

Do you know anything about Chillicothe and West Jeff? Thought I heard both where down a bit last year. Been around 6 months and can't remember what they did.

Actually I don't have any information on them but they are both traditionally good teams . I know Jackson had to have OT last season to beat Chilly and the Chilly / Clinton Massie game was down to the wire.
