You have demonstrated clearly your knowledge of football. Ask any coach worth their salt and they will tell you that a sign of a GREAT coach is how his team improves over the course of a season. The team getting better each week would be called COACHING. If you do not get better from your first game til your last, in FACT HAVE NOT BEEN COACHED WELL. Brilliant, just Brilliant.
but when a GREAT coach starts out the season losing to a little D5 team, they have nothing to do but get better. poor early season preparation imo...
(like practicing in the gym. everybody in se ohio was laughing about that deal.)

I told you to PM me and I will tell you exactly who I am. And I guarantee I know more about athletics than you. But no, you're too big of a ***** to man up. You get on here behind a screen name and run your mouth. Let's all clap for him... :aaaaa41 :aaaaa41 :aaaaa41 :aaaaa41 :aaaaa41 :aaaaa41 :aaaaa41 :aaaaa41 :aaaaa41 :aaaaa41

Yes, I'm serious. Unless you're some old man that's been around since the beginning of sports. But as of what I've been reading from your posts on here, you're absolutely clueless

The TANK is a million times better than Ed Miller Stadium. That place is disgusting. Oh yeah, they are gonna get TURF! That conversation has been going on for YEARS!

They couldnt get TURF when they were WINNING!

ANYHOW..........It will be great to see another tough and proud program come to Ironton and take on the Tigers on Bob Lutz Field at Tanks Memorial Stadium. This should be a great game and alot of points to the winner. To all of the Jonathon Alder fans have a safe trip to Tiger Town and enjoy the History in Tiger Alley if you get a chance.

i doubt you could get any burgites in wheelersburg that would trade you even ('cept a couple of wannabee burg dupes i've seen on here).

i've read that the community of wheelersburg literally built their stadium with totally volunteer work and local donations (including lights and bleachers) so it probably means more to them than some 100 year old dinosaur inherited and not earned.

heck, i remember coming to a game at the tank 8-10 years ago and the coach had to light a match to be able to read the plays to send in. even though there were plenty of seats on the ironton side, i sat on the visitors side for fear of that dilapidated canopy falling in on me.

talk about nickle millionaires.

I'll take the old covered Stadium anyday especially when it's raining, cold and windy.
