Easy Dog, times have changed. Howies son has found a stash of cattlebells on campus and now has them boys lifting with them everyday after practice. This is the strongest southern team ever and I think we will see it in the distance they shoot their 3s from down the stretch.

Anyway, heard from a good inside source a couple weeks ago that Coach Chancey is not far from stepping down as Meigs varsity coach and some new blood is entering the mix in the near future. I think the next coach will let the kids hit in practice during the week without fear of getting them hurt or injured. This is part of football and has been since it's inception. There was a tragic, life changing, one in a million accident that happened on the field at Waverly years ago for Meigs and the football program has really not been the same since. Good luck in the future.
