any coach but his own who didn't really support him in any way- moved him to center where he couldn't use his talent as he did when he played tackle or guard

You really saying the center position does not need talent?

Oh yeah it doesnt take talent to snap the ball or make sure you have a good snap in the shotgun or call out blocking schemes and to see the blitz coming running a play on a silent count when the rest of line is watching you. Really man come on

Most offenses the center makes the calls. Some offenses go under center shot gun and pistol. So keep that all straight in your head meanwhile knowing you are going to get smacked when that ball moves. So make the call deliver the right snap while getting hit and then make the block. Thats why Nick Mangold one of the highest paid lineman in the league.
