When you are packing more teams into less divisions (less regions) then yes, you're probably right. There may have been a time or two when a 4 hour difference occurred. But we have 7 divisions and 28 regions now and it should never happen. lolformerfcfan wrote: Mon Jun 24, 2019 4:15 pmLeetonia was in the former D6, Region 23 in the previous six division set-up. I’m sure that’s four hours from Symmes Valley, at least.93Bulldog wrote: Mon Jun 24, 2019 3:47 pmHas there ever been a 4 hour difference between two schools in a region in the history of Ohio high school football? Tuscarawas Valley: 2 Hours 6 Minutes

These distances are from in town not the school but that’s only a couple minutes difference. Plus on a bus these would be a little longer.
I can simulate 20+ possible playoff match-ups that would require 3.5 hours drive time.
6 teams (Nelsonville-York, Trimble, Fed Hock, Belpre, Fort Frye and Crooksville) clear down on the bottom of Ohio.
7 teams clear up in the far right corner (Cardinal, Labrae, Liberty, Mineral Ridge, Newton Falls, Brookfield, Pymatuning)
