Chillicothe had 19 seniors. Probably 6-4
West Jefferson I thought was young but haven't seen much on them. All I know is they're leaving the MSL for The OHC

Really? You managed to post this a billions times on the logan forum also. I'm not sure what you're seeing that is "slow"
i think he is referring to a poster on here who watches film and then says everyone in so is slow on film. Then he gets and when someone makes a joke about it plus his moderator buddy usually deletes it.

The BEST thing about people from Wellston is that they have JACKSON on their license plates!

A lot of people writing the ironmen off After losing so much to graduation and those who left the program , also with such a brutal schedule .
The Wellston Golden Rockets now are up first and have the full focus of the Ironmen . After going 22-3 the last 2 seasons the red and white are due for a down year but something tells me the kids there working will not allow that to happen

Jackson has had talent all down through the 7th for a few years now. Not much should change.

Jackson is a reload type of program. They field solid teams year in and year out. They always have big physical linemen and never have a problem finding a solid platoon of running backs.
They will win a lot of games this year and for many years to come.
Great coaching and solid community support =success!

Yes, hopefully the Ironmen, who will be fielding the most successful classes (next year's seniors and juniors) in your school's history, will be able to somehow pull through these "tough" times Poo lol, gimme a break

I see on Twitter where one of your seniors next year already has a D1 offer. Must be tough down there in the county seat.

Jackson has lost most of its starters from last Season don why is that so hard to understand .

Also you are the very one who told me "due to graduation and others who have left the program Jackson should stay humble"
And also that "Athens and Meigs who would beat Jackson On the gridiron the next few seasons"

We'll see soon,
Rockets are next up , time to focus !

Stop quoting what I said Poo, I reserve the right to change my mind, after all this is an election year so everyone can just say whatever they want depending on the day lol.

I actually can't wait to read this one....
Number 10: The OSU doesn't play Kent State every year because the "gate is good"
Number 09: With the involvement by the community/support groups we could offset any "gate loss" easily, game isn't needed for $$$ any longer
Number 08: Since when is Jackson-Wellston really a rivalry, this isn't the 70's, 80's or 90's any longer, things change
Number 07: See definition of insanity above
Number 06: Injuries and wrecking a season isn't worth a "good gate"
Number 05: That dang $2 parking fee every other year
Number 04: 100 years is long enough for anything, all good things sooner or later end
Number 03: The sky divers every other year are getting older, someone gonna bust a knee or hip on landing or miss the stadium
Number 02: Do you think Jackson's AD would be allowed to schedule someone they were 1-24 against for 25 years...ummm no.
Number 01: See Number 7

How does a "Super Saturday" double header sound?

Warren versus Wellston in Game 1

Jackson versus Athens in Game 2

Play in the Taj Mahal. Divvy up gate by 4, concessions/parking go 1/2 to Jackson and 1/4 to Wellston and 1/4 to whoever home team was in Athens/Warren scheduled game.

This would be first year that Athens-Jackson-Logan would all play each other since quite a while ago.

Number 5 was my favorite lol

I'm all for both schools moving on but the powers that be just can't seem to let it go.

Why not play this game every 2 or 4 years?

Warren-Athens and Jackson-Wellston are already scheduled for Week 1. Just change up opponents and work out site.

Jackson stadium would have 9,000 people if these two games were played on a Week 1 Saturday night from all over SE Ohio.

Don't be afraid of competition or change.

The money can be replaced with fundraising, or an Oak Hill game which honestly would be about as popular as Jackson.

That would be fun.
Why not flip the games every 2 years.
Wellston plays Oak Hill the first year then Jackson the second, the VC would play Oak Hill the second year.
