I'm not saying that the Chieftains are not prepared for this game. That wasn't my meaning at all.

All I'm trying to say is that CHS has played 2 teams that have a higher level of play than any team that Logan has faced, and those two teams would be Brookhaven and Sheridan. I'll give you Big Walnut, but not the other 2.

I think your Chieftains would have trouble with the Bearcats and the Generals just like the Cavs faced in the earlier weeks of the season.

But the Chieftains being prepared? I believe fully that they are prepared, it's a big game. But, the question is will they execute?

If not, then they'll go home without a league title and leave that title in Chillicothe.

i see a lot of chilli posters that say chilli will only score 21-24 points and win. if chilli only scores 24 points, they will not win. it will take somewhere in the range of 35-40 points to beat logan, if chilli can score that many points against logan, then it will be who can execute more.

I said in my post that I believed that Brookhaven and Sheridan are the two best teams either Logan or Chillicothe has faced.

I think both teams are equally prepared for each other. It's about execution at this point IMO.

One other point is Logan has only played one game this year on grass. If the anticipated rain comes, that could really slow down the "fastest teams on turf."

Good point. It is also true that sometimes treacherous footing aids a quick offense as the defender is reacting to the a receivers moves. Logan gets their quick wideouts in open space with their short passing spread offense and it could be a long night for Chilli. Of course, that works the other way around, too.

Well,we are about 3 hours and forty five minutes away from kickoff.The temp at this time is 49 degrees and rainy.So the field will be a little wet and muddy.A great night for a Championship game.
