2015 Logan @ Athens

(moon) depending on the size and athletic ability of the team, I have always liked the 4 4 defense which is a good all around defense to teach the young men. In high school ball I am a firm believer that to be successful, you must stop the running game and force the offence to throw the ball on 2nd and 3rd downs and or 5-7 yards to go. I like the base 4 4 defense also because you can run bullets in both run and passing downs and you can easily adjust to various other defensive looks! THIS Just a quick look into my defensive playbook!

Yes it's 2015, Logan finds it more relevant to the the topic that Logan had a good team in 2000 compared to Athens in 2014. Are the conrads gonna play? Is Amyx gonna coach? Athens brings back its O and D line from a state finalist team. Athens has a very good football program under Adams and White. Logan has struggled since Amyx left

i maybe wrong but.... i think your missing the point. athens hasnt fielded good teams consistantly since the late 80's early 90's. and when it comes to beating Logan........ since 1980 they are about 4-22-1. and up until the last few years athens was in the bottem half of the SEOAL standing every year. athens has only claimed 3 SEOAL titles since 1970.
i'll give you props though.. athens has done great under adams and logan has stuggled since amex but we feel they are in good hands now that coach Burk is the HC. but ... hey.... if athens wins then they get #5 since 1980.
