I don't think Point can even join the OVC since it looks to be mostly A teams. TVC would make point have to schedule 3 of 4 non league games as AA or AAA to be able to play in the post season

As a Burg fan you have completely lost your mind.

One class came through and you had ONE trip to the final four and final game in football. Besides 2013 and 2014 I think it is safe to say that this little ole D5 school nestled here in the sticks would whoop your butt.

You have won 2 out of 3 titles in everything because you are in a league that is substantially smaller than your program in all sports, except for who Vinton County maybe. You are a D3 football school playing D6 NY; D5 Wellston, River Valley, Alexander; D4 Meigs. You should win 2/3.

When you have 30 playoff appearances in football, multiple State Championships in baseball including back to backs, you can talk about a "SEO sports crown". We don't brag down here unless there is some consistency in a program.

You had an anomaly in 2012-2014, it wasn't even an up cycle that some schools have it was just a pure anomaly. It was great to watch don't get me wrong but you will not reproduce or repeat it anytime soon looking at some of the scores against the D5 competition you faced this year, or the recent basketball score against Warren. Game over and any talk of a SEO sports crown is silly talk.

Thanks formerfcfan, it took a bit to find it in the article lo but that does confirm Bishop Rosecrans to the MSL-Cardinal in 2017-18. That'll put the ECOL with 8 schools now with at least 3 others trying to flee. I'm sure it'll only be a matter of time before Marietta comes back, and don't be surprised if Zanesville attempts to join. I'd hope though the SEOAL will have learned its lesson though on expansion and not accept Zanesville being too far away.
