A downtown football stadium...5,000 seats...field turf.......baseball fields.......tennis courts......basketball courts........I think when it is completed, it could very well be the finest athletic complex in all of SE Ohio.

GO TROJANS!!!

dont forget, the RIBBER within walking distance of ALL of it

Sounds like biggdowgg is plugging for some free "rib dinners" from Will and Darren! I eat there all the time!

I really hope they do something unique with the stadium and not make it look like all the rest of the new stadiums popping up everywhere. In the design it has an alumni plaza and a Trojan terrace which looks pretty cool.

yes, it was in the paper a while back, and before former A.D Tom Grashel passed, he had the plans at one of the ball games before it was made public and showed some of us that was there.

I will see if I can find it on line in the old paper, or mayve Tobias can post it, I think he posted it one time.

Man this project is moving slowwwww. Portsmouth will be lucky to get in that stadium by the time the Bengals win the Super Bowl.

Good point. No need of bashing a school for upgrading thier facilities.

I went by the new football stadium yesterday.

Wow is about the only thing I can say.....that's one of the best looking high school football fields I've ever seen.
