Before the game, we need to have a race. Munfield and Dunfee in pads. Munfield gets beat, put in #11 for reciever. Dunfee gets beat, move Wolfe to check Munfield to his can at the snap of the ball. And the Secondary for Warren move to a cover 2. LOL

hardly anyone local plays straight man up coverage.

It would be great to see two players take it personally and play against eachother.
We were only allowed to play cover three it seems, because stopping the run was the mo.
I would love to see Warren and Marietta locked in man to man coverage on the outside. Makes sense for Warren if they think they can get pressure, play man and try to get hits on the qb if you can beat their front four.

Westbrook has to be licking his chops though, man to man coverage makes for simple reads, and turns 4 yard slants into 70 yd td passes.

Sorry about that. I need BigMcCauley55 to help me with my SP.

I think this game will be the "Pass" vs the "Run". Will Westbrook connect, or will Wolfe and Dunfee pound heads.

Marietta has played a lot of man and man press over the last several years.

The Tigers are finally getting healthier. Things are looking much better for this Friday.

This is pretty funny stuff. Two very bad football teams going at it. Either team will finish 2-8 or 3-7 this year. Both of these schools have a better soccer program than football anymore. A sad state of affairs.

Gtowntiger78: Are you a "grown up" because it's awfully nice of you to chime in with such outstanding sportsmanship and class. Also nice of you to pronounce (on a site that is primarily about highschool sports and frequented by high school athletes) that you are a full-time resident of Margaritaville. Really, do us a favor and spare the Marietta and Warren athletes your grand influence. Our friendly rivalry will do just fine without you.

Warren is having a great year so far and that's great to see another team from Washington County doing well........but Warren hasn't played anyone even comparable to Marietta yet and from what I'm hearing in Tigertown they are starting to get healthy......with that said I think the Tigers tough out of conference schedule starts to pay off and they win 42-7

I guess you are not allowed to post your opinion on this board? I think it's great that there's a rivalry between the two schools. But I'm sorry that you took offense to reality. Wwf - since you are judging me without knowing me, that already shows how classless you are. Maybe you are the one who isn't "grown up".

I believe this game is going to be real close. Yes, Marietta is 0-3 but they have played some really hard opponents and yes Warren is 2-1 which is good but they did beat a South team who killed there opponent first week but noone knows how good of a team South is. This is a huge Washington County Rival with the stands packed clear full should be a really good game to close for me to call its a tossup but I will have to give the win to Marietta for the simple fact they have home field advantage. Goodluck to both teams though.
