I will say this! The Cats know this is a once in a life time shot to play for a state title! I seen on here where someone said the Trimble coach will have his kids ready and I am confident he will, but I have said it before this is a very special group of young men that loves to play the game and it doesnt take a coaches speech before the game to fire them up. They are heading to St.Clairesville on a mission and from what I have seen the last couple of weeks this team refuses to lose. They will battle until the end and punch you in the mouth every single play. I havent seen Western Reserve but I know this if they try to play POWER football with the Cats they could very well be in for a long night. Good luck to both teams and the hope for an injury free game.

Western Reserve is in Mahoning Co. same as Youngstown and the district is just 10 miles from Ytown. Berlin Center sits just off of a fine walleye lake, Berlin Res. Champs for the Inter-Valley League -- small division. The coach has turned the program around and has had them in the playoffs before. While the O is very good, the problem will be their D. Outstanding.

Size don't mean much if they can't hit nobody!!!

Western Reserve also played 5 teams that made the playoffs in two different divisions. They beat all 5. Opened with a come back win against long time playoff qualifier Cuyahoga Hts of suburban Cleveland. Well tested with a demanding schedule. Typical NEO team.

Whoa, everyone back off that line next year too. Looks to be a hard row to hoe for the Cats but I sure believe in them!
13-0 in no accident! Good luck Trimble! Your work isn't finished yet!!!

Early week prediction, this will not be a blow out for either team, will come down to which team make the fewer mistakes and converts in key situations and I see in my crystal ball the finial as:

Tomkittens 22

Western Reserve 20

Gotcha. They mix it up like trimble does. Western reserve had 257 rushing and 40 yards passing in there regional championship 53 total plays had 2 fumbles 16 first downs. Against danville they had 255 passing 117 rushing 1 interception so i guess its who they play and what kind of deffense the other has. So its safe to say there gona pass on us
