I agree, go 1/2 way and it'll bite you from behind.fbnut wrote: Sat Aug 17, 2019 8:12 am Not sure why your playing if your not going hard.
More likely to get hurt when your not going hard. How do you know what you got if you don’t go hard. Hell you can have a walk thru against your second team. Go as hard as you can but be smart, blow whistle early and don’t show anything.

Re: 2019 Ironton Tigers Outlook
Told ya. Eg: walk - through.
However, Irontons O line did a solid job getting to the 2nd level in their assignments. Very healthy push at the point of attack.

The reason you are not sure is becauase you are applying a fan perspective which is founded in emotion and hyperbole rather than practicality.YOU'RE TIGER BAIT wrote: Sat Aug 17, 2019 3:39 pmI agree, go 1/2 way and it'll bite you from behind.fbnut wrote: Sat Aug 17, 2019 8:12 am Not sure why your playing if your not going hard.

Expecting a very chippy, physical contest that might come down to execution & who gets to dictate the tempo of the game. The offensive & defensive lines will decide a good bit of all that pretty quickly.

And who settles down & focuses on their assignments the best? Who has more discipline? How does experience play a role in this seasons contest? The water is very muddy this season no matter what the newly crowned

XandO, why don't use go back to using "hyperbole" in your next post and give rose bowl a break!

I went to OVC preview, from what i seen Gallia and Ironton in a battle for first Coal Grove, Chesapeake, Rock Hill 2-4 and I liked what I seen from South Point 5 and Fairland and Portsmouth battle for last two spots, I predict Fairland will be sleeper thou.

Read in the Herald-Dispatch that Ironton has four transfers this year that seem to be starters... is this true?? one from South Point, Portsmouth West and two from Raceland.

You must not have watched the same games I watched lol. South Point looked improved but they may win 1 game at best.Prime Time wrote: Mon Aug 19, 2019 6:38 am I went to OVC preview, from what i seen Gallia and Ironton in a battle for first Coal Grove, Chesapeake, Rock Hill 2-4 and I liked what I seen from South Point 5 and Fairland and Portsmouth battle for last two spots, I predict Fairland will be sleeper thou.

The one from South Point never played there, he was a two year starter at Ashland.knightruner wrote: Mon Aug 19, 2019 7:31 pm Read in the Herald-Dispatch that Ironton has four transfers this year that seem to be starters... is this true?? one from South Point, Portsmouth West and two from Raceland.
