with 4 weeks to go 20 teams in this region are at least .500 for the season. I am projecting at least 15 teams to finish at least 7-3 in this region. For these projections i took team with best record to win every game except for the valley view franklin game this week. for some reason i like franklin in this spot. and clinton massie vs. chillicothie i took clinton massie the only other exception to this rule is for gallia academy on some of their secondary points i took the team gallia did not play) to win as to not over weight there chances to get in. Those games were i took meigs over vinton county, coal grove over fairland, liverpool over warren, and mcclain over jackson. we all know other upsets or teams that played tougher non conference schedules are going to win games. i will try to update every week here on in.
so here is what i project this region to look like after week 10.
9-1 clinton massie 25.50
9-1 archbishop alter 24.65
9-1 valley view 23.95
8-2 archbishop mcnichols 23.15
10-0 urbanna 20.00
7-3 miami trace 19.20
8-2 wyoming 19.15
8-2 gallia academy 17.30
on the outside looking in
7-3 taylor 16.10
7-3 carlisle 15.80
7-3 meigs 14.55
6-4 circleville 14.25
6-4 bishop fenwick 13.50
7-3 eaton 13.15
7-3 minford 11.60
7-3 batavia 9.30
7-3 northwestern 8.25
big games this week in this region week 7
miami trace vs bishop ready
valley view vs franklin
archbishop mcnickols vs archbishop alter
clinton massie vs chillicothie
circleville vs bloom carroll
besides those games that could easily put teams in
week 8 valley view carlisle (2 loses by 1 or 2 points each)
week 9 valley view vs. eaton
minford weeks 8 and 10 versus wheelersburg and valley
circleville winning 2 of these 3 games, bloom carroll, logan elm, liberty union.
meigs against athens
and finally a team that would be can not slip a possible slip besides gallia academy in every one of its games would be wyoming against mariemont in week 8
bishop fenwick could make some noise if it wins one of its games against alter or chamidade julienne
sorry for everything that i have probably misspelled.
d-4 region 14 playoff picture
Re: d-4 region 14 playoff picture
Looks like you have put some thought into this 83… lol… Its hard to project the final standings when we are 4 weeks out, especially second level points… I like your final outcome with Gallia sneaking in at number eight… Gallia should be a heavy favorite against Portsmouth and Warren, Logan and Jackson always worry me. The main thing is to get in, and don’t worry about where you are slotted… There is very little home field advantage and the number one slotted team isn’t always the best team in the region. Let the season play out a couple more weeks and things should be much clearer.

Where did you get those numbers? They are not even close to Joe Eitel's.

Those are projections at the end of the season, not current numbers.NewEra wrote:Where did you get those numbers? They are not even close to Joe Eitel's.
