WWE Diva Trade RAW-Smackdown-ECW

There was a blockbuster Diva trade announced on RAW tonight.

First, Mickie James defended her Divas Championship against Jillian Hall. Jillian defeated Mickie to become the new Divas Champion. As soon as that happened I thought, wow WWE is actually going to give Jillian a push, about time!!!

No sooner than when Jillian was announced the new Divas Champ. The RAW Guest Host came out and announced a blockbuster trade and Jillian had to defend the championship against the newest RAW Diva......Melina! Melina defeated Jillian to become the new Divas Champion. Jillian was Divas Champion fro all of 5-10 minutes!

New RAW Divas - Melina and Eve from Smackdown and the Bella Twins from ECW.
New Smackdown Divas - Beth Phoenix and Mickie James
New ECW Diva - Rosa Mendes

It will be interesting to see how the shakeup plays out. The first problem I see is that RAW now has too many face Divas and Smackdown has too many heel Divas. And ECW just wastes Divas, as usual. Welcome to no mans land Rosa Mendes!

Smackdown got the better deal I think, but it is now Mickie and Maria as the only face Divas, and Maria is more T&A than real wrestler. But the heel Divas are Michelle, Beth, Natalya, and Layla. I figure Mickie vs. Michelle for the Women's Championship is in the works. I just wonder how Beth will fit into the picture. Beth vs. Mickie has already happened so many times that I don't see that one starting up again. So will Beth turn face or just battle everyone? I am intrigued by a Beth vs. Natalya matchup. Having said that, I was waiting for Beth vs. Gail one-on-one on Raw and it never happened once!!!! Only tag matches!

Over on RAW, I'm guessing it will be Melina vs. Maryse when Maryse is back from her knee injury. Until then, probably Melina vs. Alicia or Jillian. Meanwhile, there is Kelly and Gail. I keep wondering if they are going to turn Gail heel like when she was when she was in WWE back in 2004. She isn't being utilized as a face as effectively as she was utilized as a heel back then.

trading Divas is so pointless......why couldn't they make some other trades that would actually make things better.
