Police in Charlotte, N.C., said they will not decide whether to file charges in the death of Chris Henry until after the new year, reported The Charlotte Observer.

The investigation into the domestic dispute that led to Henry's death remained open.

The newspaper reported that police planned to re-interview Loleini Tonga, Henry's fiancée and the person who was driving the truck from which Henry fell causing the fatal injury. Police also planned to re-interview witnesses who may have seen or heard the couple arguing.

One witness told WLWT that he heard the couple arguing before Henry fell from the truck.

Lee Hardy said he was trimming a tree when the pickup truck approached a nearby intersection and came to a quick stop.

"And that's when I heard him yelling at her that he wanted to talk," Hardy said. "'We need to talk, we need to talk.'" Hardy said Tonga was saying "No, I don't want to talk. Get off the truck. Get out of the truck."

As the truck pulled away, Hardy said he heard Henry say, "If you take off, I'm going to jump out and kill myself."

Police have not said whether they think Henry was thrown, jumped or fell from the truck.

Deputy Chief David Graham told the Observer that he didn't expect any charges to be filed in the case, but he said investigators want to re-examine all of the details before making any final decision, especially in light of what Hardy said he witnessed.

The investigation was being handled by homicide detectives for the

There is no mention of reckless driving. She would have been charged if there was. But everyone knows that. But you.

In fact I couldnt care less about the Bengals because nothing they do impacts the Browns one way or the other. I only care about what it's going to take to make the Browns better.

The only reason I got into this mess to begin with was to set the record straight on what did and what did not happen historically. It turns out that no Bengal fans cares a flip about history unless it suits their purposes or advances their arguments.

Thus to continue is a waste of time.

Not everyone looks at things the way you do. And you cant change that. You try, than the name calling comes out.
I know what the browns did in history, but when others come out bashing , you respond. When a bengals post comes out, I see bashing and name calling. I am going to post on your browns post. THis is how i think it should be done, showing a little more respect than others have on bengal posts.

Bengals fans care about history!!!

Browns fans (you) come onto a Bengals threads and start chanting about Browns history though.
If you're talking Browns history on a Bengals thread, then you only get to discuss Browns history
from 1968 on.

If you want to lecture us on history that we already know, but isn't relevent to a discussion about a team that wasn't around
when the history was being made, then do it on a Browns thread.
