Re: Browns over Miami
Barely...
...at the end....But Henne decided he would darn near throw one.....close enough

Re: Browns over Miami
Where are you at 4ever, you didn't have the big one did you? Your Browns and Henne put me out of my misery today. I no longer am going to be teased every week that my Dolphins have a shot at the playoffs. I can't stand to root for a Michigan QB, I hope they cut him. biggdowgg if Miami's DB didn't have a set of skillets for hands Jake would have had his pick 6.
Re: Browns over Miami
yeah, you guys are right and I was thinking it was to good to be true, and thought for sure that was his pick 6 for the day...thank god for stone hands

Re: Browns over Miami
Them Browns are looking pretty decent. A win with Delhomme starting is a plus no matter how ugly it is. 8-8 would be something to be proud of.

Still a few players away...A.J. Green anyone..? Julio Jones?..Justin Blackmon?...You guys listening?
They also need some physical, impact speed guys at outside LB....Ward and Haden were outstanding selections....It is a shame that Colt got derailed by the ankle because he was adapting and managing pretty well. 5-7 and have Buffalo next week.

I would love AJ Green out of those three, but with the way the team is playing he will be long gone when they pick. The General wrote:Still a few players away...A.J. Green anyone..? Here's an interesting tidbit about Mangini. After Week 13 last season, the Browns were 1-11. They are 9-7 since.

Well, at least he left a curse on the Bengals, too. Mike Brown!gahs4ever wrote:Im beginning to believe Paul Brown placed a curse on the Browns when you know who fired him.

Re: Browns over Miami
I think coach M has the team almost ready for coach H to take over and make himself look good.
Re: Browns over Miami
The Browns are definitely heading in the right direction. There's no need to make a coaching change or even talk of it. Mangini is doing his best with what he's got to work with. Still need another good receiver and the linebackers aren't getting any younger. It'll be interesting to see what happens in the offseason, but with another draft like last year's, there's no reason the Browns can't finish with a winning record next year barring injuries and such.
Re: Browns over Miami
with a few breaks the Browns could be right up there now--it wouldn't be a shocker to me if they win out.
