A new twist to the Art Modell story
A new twist to the Art Modell story
News flash...
ART LIED to Cleveland and the world. Maybe that is why the NFL protected the Browns' legacy in Cleveland as they were being shipped to Baltimore.
Unreal, but it only strengthens what we already knew in Cleveland. You suck Art.

That may be true, but his DECISION cost him that honor while he was still alive.Orange and Brown wrote:He will get into the HOF whether the city of Cleveland likes it or not....
And this story simply gives the voters that denied him all these years a little more information to work with.
That's all.

Five days later, and still no response out of Baltimore or the Modells on this story.
Must be some truth, or a public denial would have been issued by now.
See, when you're guilty, you remain silent.

Re: A new twist to the Art Modell story
Very true, but it also seems kind of odd the polis waited 15 years until after he died to finally say something of this magnitude
