Whether Mangini will work out or not is yet to be seen, but at least he came to town hitting the ground running with a plan in place for the organization and coaching staff, and he is wasting no time getting his people in line before the other teams in similar situations can beat them to the punch.

You are the one who said the owner had no clue how to run a football team maybe letting the coach help pick the GM is what they need. Could not get much worse. Oh! I am and have been a Browns fan for a long time ,I am close to being 55
