Re: Miami Heat
Heat go up 2-1 with a win against the Thunder in game 3. They really need to win out in Miami. I dont think I would like their chances if it goes back to OKC.
Re: Miami Heat
I think OKC will get one in Miami, but Miami already proved they can win in OKC so it shouldn't bother them any.

Re: Miami Heat
Story of this series is Harden from OKC,he is just killing them missing wide open shot after shot,if he played like he did against SA OKC would be winning this.If OKC somehow miraculously wins Thurs. to stay alive I don't see them beating Miami 2 in a row.Stern needs to talk to the Refs about getting OKC some more calls to maybe make this thing more interesting and boost the ratings for a 7th game

Re: Miami Heat
Well, the Celtics won a title in 2008; call that "A New Hope". Then, Darth Lebron goes to the Heat. Miami wins a title in 2012. Call that, "The Empire Strikes Back." If the Celtics put together some new pieces and old parts, I predict "Return of the Jedi" in 2013. Of course, the real Old Empire lurks in LA. Stay tuned!

Re: Miami Heat
Mike Miller was the man tonight. James finished with a triple double and both Bosh and Wade are playing very well. Not gonna be denied at home.
Re: Miami Heat
Boy was that ever brutal to watch! I said before the series Miami had too many weapons for any team to deal with and tonite it showed! We now know the Eastern Conference was the stronger conference as the best in the West was no match for the mighty heat.We better get used to it

Re: Miami Heat
Ray Allen's made 178 million dollars in NBA earnings, he doesn't need the money. He's in it to win it boys. Bring another one to Miami.
Re: Miami Heat
I really dont understand the NBA salary cap!! How can you have James...Wade...and Bosh at max contracts and still be able to afford players such as Ray Allen????
Re: Miami Heat
Probably cause Allen will have to take a pretty sizeable paycut to play with the heat, but still the NBA is becoming more of a joke every year that passes now with all these star players picking and chosing a few cities while the rest get the scraps and leftovers to fill the schedules out, need more balance the NBA is so predictable these days.

Re: Miami Heat
You don't think it was predictable before? In the nineties you knew the bulls, jazz, Knicks, rockets, etc would dominate the competition. In the 80s people would probably call you stupid if you bet against the celtics, lakers, or pistons. Having a handful of teams dominate isn't a new concept.C-Bolt wrote:Probably cause Allen will have to take a pretty sizeable paycut to play with the heat, but still the NBA is becoming more of a joke every year that passes now with all these star players picking and chosing a few cities while the rest get the scraps and leftovers to fill the schedules out, need more balance the NBA is so predictable these days.
