Well, it has been a few years since the Lakers made it this far in the playoffs. Being a HUGE Lakers fan I am really excited for this series. I think that it will be a GREAT series with the Lakers winning in 6 games. The Spurs are very tough but I feel that the Lakers match-up better with them than the Hornets. The Hornets scared me a little. But, I look for the Lakers to take the series and move one step closer to adding another banner from the rafters at Staples Center.

Spurs in 7. This will be the best series yet and Bruce Bowen will give Kobe fits! LOL

Bowen cant stop Kobe. No one can. Lakers have to many weapons and the Spurs are getting old.

yeh bowen probably wont stop kobe, but why does everyone hate the spurs. They say they are boring to watch and old but it obviously gets the job done. Hopefully they can repeat and people would acually consider them a dynasty!

i dont see how anybody can say they're boring with the likes of manu ginobili and tony parker on the team. i love the way they play, always putting their bodies on the line for the good of his team. granted, that may be a little biased considering i'm a huge spurs fan

duncan had a quiet series against the hornets so i think he'll catch fire in this one and will give pau gasol a terrible time on the defensive end. bowen wont shut kobe down, like somebody already said, nobody can, but i think he'll slow him down enough to allow the spurs' experience to take this series in AT LEAST 6 games, probably 7

I don't hate the Spurs. I just think that there are better teams left in the playoffs than them.

if there are better teams why did the spurs come back from an 0-2 deficit. if you are implying the lakers are better you are sadly sadly SADLY mistaken. amazing the lakers bring in one foreign guy and everyone is in an uproar for the lakers. if you havent noticed we are made of foreign ppl. Oberto, ginobli, parker, udoka get at us

i dont care much for either team but im taking the spurs in 6 simply because they dont just have one superstar they are a deeper team off the bench

Gasol being foreign has nothing to do with anything. He is a good player and he has made the Lakers much better. The Lakers ARE better than the Spurs. Whatch and learn.

and after game two ....WOW 30 slaughtering didnt see that one coming after what happend in game 1...the spurs look even older in this series im glad the lakers are gonna win this series because it would be a boring finals...i think it woulda been a better conference finals if the hornets wouldve beat the spurs

are you guys really that old or is your memory gone at a young age? if i remember correctly, a mere 1 round ago the spurs went back to san antonio down 0-2, BOTH of which were blowouts, not just one. it's not over until somebody has a 4 in their W column

if the spurs win tonite the series is their's. sorry to say it.

I have this one going seven with the Lakers winning so things are going just as I thought they would.
