With baseball season winding down, what would you like to see the Reds do this offseason? Other than fire Dusty Baker!

Make some moves to get another solid bat into the lineup. The Reds seen a lot of inconsistency last season. They can't have that if they want to make a good Postseason run.

Word from marty the mouth Brennamen was that the Reds players didn't like him because he was babied on road trips because of potential for a relapse because of his addiction . He had somebody with him at all times watching that he wouldn't slip up . That will go down as worst trade ever in Reds history .

Yes it would be sweet to have Hamilton in LF but I don't think MLB will give us a mulligan on the trade!!! The thing that I would start with is go find Brett Butler( who I still hate) and have him teach Stubbs how to bunt! It's a shame to waste all that speed and swing for the fences everytime!!!

Why am I hearing a line from the movie Major League, "You may run like Mays, but you hit like s***"

Will the Reds sign a good bat to bat 5th ? I dont think there is any real good free agents unless they pull off a trade .

Don't get me wrong... I really like Scott Rolen. I think that he brings alot of toughness and professionalism to the team... But with his salary over 12 million a season and him just playing half the games we need to let him go and spend the money somewhere else!!! I too think Willie Mays Hayes everytime Stubbs comes to the plate!!

Get rid of Stubbs, I don't care how fast he is, if you strike out 200 times a season you don't belong in the majors. And say what you will about Adam Dunn but when he K'd 200 times a year he was hitting 40 HRs not 15

Well the Reds have started 2012 on the right foot. Through the rumor mill I've been told they picked up Brandon Phillip's option, but not Cordero's.

This is true. Reds need to go all out this year because Votto wont be in town much longer. Sign a big bat to a sizeable one year contract and just hope they get to the playoffs and catch lightning in a bottle like the Cardinals. Im still sick over them bums winning it!

The Indians declined their option on Grady Sizemore, for the right price (1 year 1-2mil +performance incentives) he could be a low risk HUGE reward guy.

Nice moves by the REDS...I love Phillips, but Cordero scared the crap out of me everytime he pitched!!! But the Reds are saying that they would bring him back at a cheaper price if he doesnt sign elsewhere....There are a lot of closers on the FA market!!! I was thinking the same thing about Sizemore...lots of talent but always seems to be hurt!!!
