Kobe(MVP)Byrant went off against New York tonight scoring 61 to lead the Lakers to a 126-117 won over the Knicks.
The 61 points thrown in by mr. MVP marks a new record for points scored in a game by a player in Madison Square Garden.

Lebron had 52, 11, and 10 at MSG tonight, more impressive than Kobe's 61, 3, and 0

Lebron is nowhere near the shooter that Kobe is let alone as clutch as Kobe.

That is actually the 4th Venue named MSG. It is constructed in the same neighborhood as the prior few buildings though.

i agree Kobe is a better shooter, but Lebron is getting better with the jumper every year. Also, i have never seen anyone put the entire team on his back and carry them to a win like Lebron has done multiple times, for example, against the Knicks, they only won by 5, without him playing lights out like he did they would have lost.

I don't know that Lebron will ever be the pure shooter that Kobe is. He is too big and fast to need to play the way Kobe does.
