Playing after Christmas and the funeral it is hard to tell how the Bengals will play. The Bengals need to overcome injuries and play well. Hopefully their OC will get food poisoning and have to miss the game so someone else will call plays. It will be a cold game so running the ball and holding on to the ball is a must. hopefully Scott can come back. He adds explosiveness to the team.

A Steeler win gives the Bengals the division, as well.
Go Bengals. Go Steelers. I want a rematch of the 2005 wild card game.

Does the AFC north championship, by virtue of just that, even if you are 8-8, guarantee a home game in the first round of the playoffs?

Anyone know of some tickets for sale? Not on stubhub or ticketmaster lol I'd like to be able to spend a little less than what I spent on tickets for the Pittsburgh game but apparently they expect us too. Last minute I know but comment back on here today if anyone knows of any, Thanks!

After announcing their 52nd straight sellout, the Bengals plan to put playoff tickets on sale at 6 p.m. Saturday through Ticketmaster. Fans may call 800-745-3000 or visit
www.ticketmaster.com. Tickets are sold as a two-game package and refunds are available for any games not played.
With the Bengals needing a win Sunday at Paul Brown Stadium against the Chiefs to clinch the AFC North title and a home playoff game the weekend of Jan. 9-10, the club announced the game has been sold out in time to be televised live on Channel 12 in Cincinnati, Chanel 7 in Dayton, Ohio, and Channel 27 in Lexington, Ky.
In a press release the Bengals credited Channel 12 and Motorola for helping secure a sellout in the final PBS regular-season game of the season that makes it six straight years of a sold-out home slate. But even though it is sold out, there are still tickets available through Ticketmaster by calling 800-745-3000 or by visiting
www.ticketmaster.com. If tickets remain available on Sunday, they will be available at the PBS ticket windows.

Obviously Indy will have home field throughout the AFC playoffs, and the SD-Cincy winner last week got a leg up for the other bye week.
So the only way a wild card team can have a home game in the playoffs is to be fifth seeded and play the other wild card team(seeded 6th) in the conference championship game. Is that correct? I thought they may have changed that a couple years ago.

That is correct. There was no rule change. Home games go to division champs, first round byes to the top two division champions.
