LARRY JOHNSON IN CINCI

Larry johnson flew to cinci and is meeting with marv. Benson is hurt with a hip flexer. What is that?? He will not play for sure against radiers. Dont know how long benson will be out.

ESPN is reporting that Larry Johnson will be signing with the Bengals.

The signing of Benson was looked at as adding another problem but he knew it was his chance to show if he could put it all together. Johnson has been a complainer since being in the NFL. He thought he should have been the main back even when Priest Holmes was at the top of the NFL in yards and TD's.
Johnson is now playing for a contract will his attitude change with a chance to play for a winner. Hope his attitude does not have a negative effect with the team concept that the Bengals are winning with this year. He can be a part of the team or be a TO. It is up to Johnson now.

Once he signs I think it is up to the team leadership to go to him, and to let him know we have been winning without him, it is up to him, does he want to be a distraction or does he want to put on a helmet and show what he can do.

It is also up to ownership to inform him if he does not want to get onboard with the team concept to pack his bags and walk. Hopefully he can follow what Benson has done. He could be a help when Benson gets back to take some of the load of him. To get him healthy for the playoffs.

If they can get Cedric and Larry running like most people know they can, then this offense has just been made even more scary good, it will be hard for a defense to stop them. Would like to see some pro sets with Larry and Cedric both in the backfield, let the defense guess who is getting the ball.

Like i posted on another thread i think he will leave his baggage behind him, if he doesnt throw him out the door and let him find a team that would give him a third chance.
