This is going to be the game of the week. It is going to be a tough one though. Can the Bengals pull this one out on the road or will Jared Allen and the Vikings be opening cans of you know what against Palmer and Co?

I dont think Favre will pass on Cincinatti very well on the side lines. And if the Bengals defence can stop AP then they can win. Im picking Cincinatti by 7

If the Bengals play like they did today against Detroit, it is going to be a long day.

Bengals will have to bring there A game. In past years bengals always win in dec. Even if its 4 games. They also have been playing better away than at home. I hope that still holds true . Go bengals !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Agreed! Bengals, IMO, are the better ball club, but they are still lacking some consistancy.

Bengals need to keep Peterson from breaking long runs and put pressure on Farve. The Vikings line is beat up some. The Bengals need to pressure Farve and force him to make mistakes like the Cards did.
Peko is out this week for the Bengals. This will be a great test playing in the dome. Hopefully the come home with a win.

The D Line is banged up for Cincy, and that spells trouble. They have been very good all year at getting penetration and disrupting the offense. If it turns into a shootout I dont like the Bengals chances, but if they can keep Minnesota out of the end zone most of the time they will have shot. The Bengals are 3-0 against the NFC, lets hope for 4-0! Who Dey!

The bengals have lost 3 def starters for the year. And yes there banged up, Peko out now till jan . Tank hurt back .
Trent cant cover. I dont know if they will be able to stop AP. But they do have zimmer . Hope he can come up with a plan.

I would like to see Cincy win this game, but if they keep playing pretty conservative how they are then I think there going to loose
its at Minnesota an Cincy stuggled against Oakland at there place so im going to go with Minnesota by 10pts.

As long as the Bengals play better then they did when they lost to the raiders and play like they did against the bears then it is almost a for sure win.

Time for Cincinnati to show they are a complete team even with injuries. Minnesota has Harvin out again. If Minnesota's line blocks like they have lately Cincinnati defense can put pressure on Farve. The more hits/pressures Farve takes the less effective he is. He got beat up last year and throwing 40 times a game will not help him survive.
Time for the Bengals to play as they belong in the playoffs.

I think the Vikings will run more than any time this year, Favre has finally ran into the one opponent he can't defeat, and that is Father Time. The Bengals will load the box and leave our secondary to defend the pass.

If the Bengals can only win one of those games, for sure the more important one to win would be the San Diego game. Say they would lose today and win next week, which would put them in line for a bye in the playoffs. Then I'm thinking it would be their character to not be able to stand prosperity and not be able to keep hold of the bye by losing one of the last two games.

They looked bad against a very good team. Maybe one of the top 2 or 3 in the League. They'll be fine!

The Bengals defense did get some hits on Farve and dropped a couple of balls. They did a pretty good job in the first half stopping the run but got a little wore down in the second half. Part of that was because the offense could not do much. Not having a second wide receiver is really hurting the Bengals. Coles is worthless. I would put Leonard outas a receiver because of his catching abilities and the way he runs after the catch. He is dependable.
The Bengals were able to run but when it is 3rd and 1 the Vikings run defense was to tough. The Bengals needed to be able to pass some. This offense is passing the ball much like it did last year without Palmer.
The Vikings played good defense and Winfield made the a better tackling team with his return. Farve did take some hard hits which may add up before the end of the season.
The Bengals need to play better without all the penalties and find a passing game more than just short passes. If not they will be one and done in the playoffs.
