Anderson Silva Won a boring fight over Demian Maia for the UFC Middleweight Title
Frankie Edgar took BJ Penns Belt from him for the UFC Lightweight Title
Matt Hughes Beat Renzo Gracie
The fans were booing Silva for running the last three rounds.

Other Main Results:
Munoz came from behind to TKO Grove
Dos Anjos got the sub of the night on Etim
Maia became my new favorite middleweight last night when he started taunting Silva back. Dispicable performance from Silva.

Dana White said he'll find a way to make it up to anyone who 'bought that s**t tonight' referring to the Silva fight

I cant believe Penn lost. Maybe if White would get some credible fighters to fight Silva he wouldnt act stupid. Really Silva is in a class by himself right now. Maia is good, but not in the league that the Spider is in.

this isnt the fright time Anderson has put on a Sh*T show, his fight before forrest griffen was really boring the guy anderson was fight kept fallin to the ground. But after the second round the fight got really boring i fell asleep and then woke up near the end of the 5th round

I guess anderson is going to drop down ti 170 to fight GSP which can go either way, but all anderson will do is keep it standing up.

Originally Silva was to fight former LightHeavyweight champ Vitor Belfort but he injured his shoulder. And Chael Sonnen would have a month to prepare because of the '30 day no contact' he was issued after the cut in the Marquardt fight so they decided to give Maia the shot. Also the Middleweight division is the thinnest in the UFC.
