Still trying to figure this one out.... You have an All-Pro qb that has led you to the playoffs w/o quality wr's. You draft him some nice wr's. Then you go and trade him to a division rival that you have to play twice ??? I know i'm missing something here right ???

34 years old- due 6 mil roster bonus- not signing long-term deal beyond next season- team not going to Super Bowl anytime soon with or without him. Team wants to get younger. Need to know anything else? I'm just amazed they traded him in the same division.

McNabb will play games where he will not miss a pass then the next game he can not complete a pass. It has always been said he did not have the receivers. Which he has not. Along with some questionable play calling where they pass the ball 50 or 60 times a game.
The way the Redskins have played with high paid veterans lately they just have not come together as a team. Time will tell if this works.

I think a good QB was the missing part for the Redskins. They have a good running back, pretty good WR's and a alright defence. But you never know its the NFL.

I understand trading McNabb but not to a division rival.
