The human element is part of the game and I for one think that MLB umpires are the best in all of professional sports; even when they blow a call.

Television created this monster by showing mistakes over and over. You have the guys in the box making calls to the viewers before they even decide them in the replay booth. Of course ESPN has to show it 3000 times and debate it on talk shows. Officials are being demonized from pro down to little league. We have children coming up that show very little respect for them. Where will it all end ?
