The club looked fairly healthy, but starters SLB Rey Maualuga (hamstring), CB Johnathan Joseph (calf), and RE Antwan Odom (illness) sat out the work with mild problems. So did backup CB Morgan Trent (unknown), but Odom and Trent look like they might be able to go. WR Antonio Bryant, RT Andre Smith and FB Fui Vakapuna have been ruled out and Maualuga and Joseph, along with two other guys that sat out Friday, RB Cedric Peerman and DE Carlos Dunlap (concussion) figure to end up joining them.

Those who follow Ochocinco on facebook, may be aware that he "has someting grabbing" when he tries to go full speed.
He's been getting electro and ultrasound therapy to his hamstring before and after training camp practices.

Bengals passing game looking the same as last years...nonexistent.... If they can't pass, they are in for a long season....

Is that what it is?!?! I wasn't sure, as it looked like a game of solitaire. How do you play football with only one team showing up????   ;-)

Really, you could see that much from either team, with starters in for all of 8 minutes.
I saw two nice timing routes to T.O., that shows alot seeing as how little time they've had so far.
I also saw a bit too much pressure being put on Palmer, so the O-line needs
work in pass protection.

After the first two drives, it was all subs, and guys who are trying to make the last spot on their positional depth chart.

i saw enough out of the 5 or so passes that Palmer threw to know that what ever was affecting his accuracy last season seems to still be there. he seems okay across the middle but those sideline passes look awful. maybe its the shoulder or maybe its all in his head but it is a problem especially since they lack a quality backup. i also saw Dallas march straight down the field with the starters in.

I saw cowboys march down field and could not put it in the end zone. Espn said today that palmer did good but offense was slow. They did praise the defense for keeping the biggest off line and super bowl caliber team out of end zone.
Tony dungy said that it was a great defense. Cowboys are a team that has been working together for a while. and there good. Palmer has to gel with all his new cast. bengals were bad on penelties.

According to USA Today via Pro Football Talk.com., the Bengals’ appearance on NBC’s Hall of Fame Game Sunday night against the Cowboys drew the highest rating for a pre-season telecast in six years. Their 7.6 overnight rating had to fend off tough competition from ESPN’s Red Sox-Yankee game The Cowboys are used to this sort of thing. It was the most watched preseason game since they played the Titans in 2004. The top three metered markets in the country were Cincinnati, Dallas, and Dayton.

People keep tuning into the drama that is Bengaldom. The team head backs to Georgetown College Monday night for the final three public days of training camp on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, as they hover near a daily average attendance record for the 14 years they’ve trained at the Georgetown, Ky., campus.
