Vikings coach Childress fired today

Leslie frazier was named head coach to finish out year. Players would not play for him anymore. Farve and childress have never got along.

Long overdue, period. Will they be better tomorrow without Chilli? No. But, he had no business coaching this team this year. Oh yea, 12-4, blah, blah, blah, that was last year, Favre was playing well, and he coaxed him back this year. Well, he has to live with that decision now, doesn't he?

This move should have been made before last season. The collection of talent without leadership is not good. The Farve missing training camp effected this team. All the talk was about Farve and all he would have to do is walk in and they would win. That led to other players just walking in.

i know peterson has fumble issues but the vikings have completely got away from the run game and they have not faired to well. defense needs to step up their game to!!!
