Alomar still has some people who did not like the spitting incident and some of his behavior.

Mattingly had a great 10 year span but back injuries hurt his stats and chances of being in the Hall. He was a Hall of Famer just a shortened career.

John Franco and Lee Smith helped to extend how relief pitchers were used.

My picks for this year would be Larkin, Parker, Smith and Raines.

Bert Blyleven should of already been in but his talking has rubbed some people the wrong way. When he has spoken his mind as a Twins announcer.

I think Alomar gets in this year, I believe they punished him for the spitting incident last year.

Alomar, Mattingley, Larkin, Blyleven, McGriff, and Smith

legend- settle down...this isn't the NFL where they put 10 guys in a year! lol

I think Larkin gets in ...blyleven and jack morris are 50/50

would love to see fred mcgriff get in - but he was on the edge of the steroid era and that will hurt him....even though i don't think he ever took them.

Those are the ones I believe should be in. And I agree that McGriff will be hurt by the era he played in.

Larkin, Leiter, Mattingly, McGriff Palmer and Franco would be my favorites on getting in.

McGuire and Palmeiro may as well enjoy the view of only making the ballot. They will never get in.

Larkin didn't make it in this year but looks to be first one in next year.
