MERGE?!

I got an idea to help the state of Ohio out! Lets merge the Browns and Bengals and call them the Brown Bengals, and together maybe they can pull out an improbable playoff run!
They can start out slow by taking some time traveling the country playing Flag Football so they can whittle there roster down and once they take there lumps getting beat by every Flag Football playing Fraternity in the country, they will be ready for the No Fun League,,I mean NFL....... THEN Ohio can finally have a Super Bowl Champion!
