As long as you rank your players it will auto draft for you.

Thanks for the help O&B.... I have done quite a few practice drafts online. Even at these drafts some people sign up and never participate... When time expires for there pick the computer will auto draft for them... Not 100% sure about my next statement but when the computer makes the choice it usually chooses the best player available from ESPN's ranking,somehow taking into consideration that teams needs.... I assume this is because the owner did not have his players ranked.... So i would bet that when a team doesn't have his players ranked the computer will take the best available considering the teams need... We are playing on Yahoo fantasy football and maybe it is different from ESPN... But I can't see Yahoo holding up the draft because someone has not ranked his players....

You can leave your players unranked and go with Yahoo's default rankings which are fine. I always auto draft and I change around a few players to make sure I get 1 or 2 guys I really want. There are always a couple players I don't want on my team and I can make sure I get them off my list.
