A retractable roof for the Browns?

Post by bdubya »

Soon to be Cleveland Browns owner Jimmy Haslam brought up the possibilities of a retractable roof (Dome) as an addition to the current Cleveland Browns Stadium.

The idea would have some benefits to the city, and traditionalists could still see an outdoor game. However, I doubt the 20-degree games in the swirling winds ever happen again.

Thoughts after some reading?

So you want it to look like PBS?

Paul Brown Stadium and that darn roof has always reminded me of a toilet seat.

Welcome to 2000 Flushes Stadium here on the Banks of the Ohio River, as the Reds - I mean the Bengals - take the field.

Funny though, I will give you that YTB.

It is good the owner is trying to help out the community. He is a very good business man. Atleast he is coming up with ideas that will not only help his team but those who support them. As well as showing he will not be moving the team.

From a football standpoint it would be great when the Browns will be able to put a Football Team on the field every game. Not just teasing people after a couple of wins they maybe making progress.
